Easy Personal Pizza
Prep time: 5-15 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Must-haves:
2-3 Whole Wheat tortilla
1 cup of pizza sauce
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
Optional Toppings:
1 cup of spinach or kale
3/4 cup or 1 chicken breast
1/4 cup of diced onions
1/2 cup of mixed bell peppers
3/4 cup of turkey pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Place the 2-3 tortillas directly on top of each other on a pizza pan. Add sauce and any other additional toppings. Place pan in oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy. Let the pizza sit for about 5 minutes, then cut and enjoy.
Things to remember:
- Don't go overboard with toppings or you'll be eating it with a fork.
- It is a personal pizza, so this is a great meal for lunch.
- Remember that you can add whatever toppings your heart desires, just keep them on the clean side!
