Can 7 Days Really Make a Difference?

Yeah, definitely! When I started my fitness journey, I felt completely different, confident, and lost 4lbs! Usually, a great pace to strive for weekly is about 1-2 lbs, so even if you lose a pound or two, it's a total win! You'll begin to feel better, leaner, stronger, and more confident. You'll start learning all these healthy tips, how to meal plan, and have access to an easy workout, therefore you'll lock in these healthy habits that you won't want to stop. Best of all, you'll be 7 days into a better YOU! 

Who Should Do Clean Week?

Anyone! Men and women can both do Clean Week. The workout and the meal plan was developed by a great trainer named Megan Davies to help you get the best results possible in 7 days. These workouts are not cheesy or girly, so your boyfriend or husband will want to join in too!

Also, If you have never liked working out...

THIS IS FOR YOU TOO!! It's easy, fun, and enjoyable. If someone told me that I was going to be doing cardio every day, I would say "Bye Felicia" and check out. BUT this workout program will have 4 different workouts so you can learn what you like and what you don't like! 

How Does This Work?

When you apply at the bottom, I will add you into the support group which will be on Facebook and I will also be contacting you on there or via email, or make sure you watch out for me! This group will have a PREP week and CHALLENGE week.

What's PREP week?
This starts Monday, October 2nd! This week we will meal prep and plan our week, go grocery shopping, order our superfoods, take our before pictures/measurements, and get our minds right for CHALLENGE week!

What's CHALLENGE week?
This starts Monday, October 9th! This week we will start our workouts, eat healthy, drink Shakeology, stay motivated, and rock the challenge! 

The Clean Week workouts will be provided FREE with a FREE Team Beachbody account through Beachbody On Demand. I will give FULL instructions in the group, so make sure you apply to get more of the information!
