80 Day Obsession

The New Year is almost here, who has been thinking about new years resolutions? I know I have! I have been thinking about goals for this new year -- self-care, financial, health/fitness, reading more, etc. Two years ago, I made a new year resolution to lose weight that absolutely changed my life! I had all good intentions about sticking to something, but when I made that resolution, I had no clue where to start or how to stay accountable. If you are like me, it's pretty easy to stick to something for 21 days, maybe 30, or even 60...but usually distractions, excuses, and just life gets in the way.
