Do you trust God? 

Trusting God can be difficult at times especially when you want to rely on your own reasoning. But what happens when we don't have trust in him? We fear. 

Have you were heard the quote, "Everything you want is on the other side of fear?" 

When we fear, we don't change, we don't take risks and that limits us. If we never change or challenge ourselves to become better or do things we have never done--life will never get better nor will you get what you want. You will not reach your goals if you never do what you need to do to reach them. 

When we fear, we are questioning chances that God gives us, but if we trust in him and do not fear, we have this amazing sense of power, love, and self disciple. (2 Timothy 1:7) 

Live fearlessly and trust in God. 
Takes chances. 
Take risks. 
Challenge yourself. 
AND DO NOT FEAR.

This is one of my all-time favorite dishes that I have created. It's a dish that I'll make for dinner to go with some pork chops or I'll make it around the holidays to take to parties for dessert. This is a great fall dish but can be cooked all year-round for multiple occasions. Healthy General Tso Chinese

Ever want Chinese but don’t want the guilt and bloat of ordering the buffet or an overloaded to-go order? My husband and I LOVE Chinese food but really don’t like the discomfort it brought to our bellies once we started eating healthier. When we lived in Fort Thomas, KY in the winter of 2016-2017, we CRAVED Chinese almost every day so we needed to find a healthier solution or we were going to reap the consequences of all the sodium, refined carbs, and high calories. Favorite Oatmeal

I absolutely love Oatmeal, which is crazy because if you asked me five years ago, I wouldn’t touch the stuff. I had no clue what I was missing out. Oatmeal is a great lean carb that gives your body energy to do normal day activities or even more energy to workout. Carbs are great for your body, just make sure you eat the good ones, not the bad ones. I love old fashioned rolled oats, they are easy to make and turn out every time. I love my oats thick without any water or milk left in them. When you make them, you can make them runny by adding more liquid to them.  When following the Fix Portion containers, I usually use two carbs for oatmeal in the morning.
